Delivery information
- Delivery of goods in Lithuania with DPD couriers, price 3.5 EUR.
- Pick-up of goods at DPD pick-up points, price 2.5 EUR.
- Delivery of goods to European Union countries costs 8 euros. To other countries, the price is 12 euros.
We ship the goods within 1-2 business days (after receiving payment) with DPD couriers. After shipment, the goods are delivered within 1-2 business days. We kindly ask buyers to enter their contact details carefully and accurately.
Return of goods
You can return or exchange a faulty product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you decide to exchange or return the product, please contact us by email at info@minimi.lt . Returned or exchanged products The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded to the buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.
Refunds or exchanges will only be made upon receipt of the item and assessment of whether it meets the criteria listed below:
- The returned item must be unused, not worn or otherwise damaged.
- The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in its original condition.
- The item must have all manufacturer labels attached.
- The product must be packaged in appropriate shipping packaging that will protect the product from damage during transportation.
